We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection, subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase (invoice / receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are NOT accepted for:

Products that have been installed, used, or damaged

Clearance, promotion, or special order items (unless defective)

Change of mind after installation

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, faulty, or damaged upon delivery:

Please notify us within 48 hours

Provide photos/videos clearly showing the issue

We will arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund (subject to brand warranty terms)

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

Refunds will be made via the original payment method

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed once only, subject to stock availability

Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer

6. Warranty Claims

All products are covered by manufacturer warranty

Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, or power surge

Warranty claims are handled according to brand service centre terms

7. Return Shipping

Customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered
