📄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included

  • Proof of purchase (invoice / receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged

  • Items with missing packaging or accessories

  • Clearance, promotion, or special order items (unless defective)

  • Change of mind after installation

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, faulty, or damaged upon delivery:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • We will arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund (subject to brand warranty terms)

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once only, subject to stock availability

  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer

6. Warranty Claims

  • All products are covered by manufacturer warranty

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, or power surge

  • Warranty claims are handled according to brand service centre terms

7. Return Shipping

  • Customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

8. Policy Rights

The store reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not meet the above conditions

  • Amend this policy without prior notice
