  • Full payment is required before delivery or collection.

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–9 working days (depending on location & stock)

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Customer must ensure delivery address & contact details are correct

  • Missed delivery due to customer error may incur extra charges

4. Installation Policy

  • Installation (if applicable) is arranged separately

  • Store is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation or site conditions

  • Additional charges may apply for extra piping, wiring, or accessories

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days (unused & uninstalled only)

  • No refund for used, installed, or damaged items

  • Refunds subject to inspection & approval

  • Warranty claims follow manufacturer terms

6. Warranty Policy

  • All products come with manufacturer warranty

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, or power surge

  • Customer is responsible for warranty registration (if required)

7. Reservation & Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Reserved items must be collected within the agreed timeframe

  • Uncollected items may be released without notice

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Check product model, size, and specifications before purchase

  • Ensure product fits location (doorway, cabinet, power point, water outlet, etc.)

9. Store Rights

The store reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service for unreasonable requests

  • Amend store policies without prior notice

  • Make final decisions in all disputes
